Full payment must be received, only then will a confirmation email be sent to the appropriate address. 

Discount Codes

Customers may receive individual discount codes. Each code is non transferrable and has no monetary value. Therefore, if refunding an online item, the ‘discount’ will not be refunded. The codes provided to customers are for their individual use only and cannot be passed to other customers, unless applicable. Only one discount code can be used per order. 

Stock Availability 

We aim to keep the correct inventory on NBT website, but if in the case there is insufficient stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and the appropriate payment method will be refunded.

Delivery   

Delivery of any shipment will aim to be shipped the next working day of order. Although all delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for any delays in shipment. All shipping fees are exclusive of custom charges to non-EU countries. Nina's Boutique is not liable for any customs fees that may be incurred on orders being shipped to or from the UK or the rest of the world.
